Description

This beautiful property is approached from Cala San Vicente up a mountain road. It is set in its own private grounds in a very quiet and tranquil location and has breath taking views. The road that approaches the villa is a little uneven.

Entered the paved driveway you encounter a Mediterranean garden with beautiful palm trees.

An entrance hall leads off to the bedrooms including a master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a large bed along with a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a small bedroom with bunk beds. Next to this is a shower room with toilet, wash basin and walk in shower. There is also a large family bathroom with full sized bath. All the bedrooms have air conditioning (timed)

The kitchen is well equipped with all the mod cons as well as a walk in pantry. Off the kitchen is a door leading to a path around the side of the villa and a small terrace.

The L shaped open plan dining room/lounge is tastefully furnished in neutral shades of cream and browns. The TV area has plenty of space and seating areas along with a wood burning stove feature and large glass doors lead out to a covered terrace.

Outside leading from the lounge is a covered terrace with a table and chairs for which is perfect for outside dining and entertaining. A few steps lead down to a kidney shaped swimming pool with two steps into the pool.

Uninterrupted views of the mountains and the sea can be seen from the outside area and from points throughout the house.

To the other side of the property is another look out terrace with bench seating and views looking out to sea.

A washing machine is located in the garage.

For those who like to walk, this is the perfect venue as there are several paths across the mountain side and down to the Cala San Vicente restaurants and shops.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
