Description
This impressive stone villa is approached through electronic gates and long driveways with stunning views of its surrounding countryside.There are three steps and also a ramp leading up to the front double doors. The large hallway, ground floor and staircase have a marble finish that really makes the interior of this villa stand out.
The kitchen/diner suite also consists of a walk in utility room and has doors leading out onto the surrounding terraces. The breakfast area comprises of brightly coloured chairs and an impressive aluminium and glass topped table.
Also leading from the hallway is a large dining room/lounge with two sets of large glass double doors opening out onto the back terrace. There is a guest toilet and twin bedroom just through from the lounge via double doors. The bedroom consists of an en suite walk in shower room and also has large doors leading out the beautiful garden.
Back into the hallway a staircase leads up the first floor with a twin bedroom and en suite shower room to the left. This room has double doors leading out on to a shared terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and mountains.
In the master bedroom there is a 2m bed along with glass sliding double doors leading back onto the large shared terrace. Completing this beautiful master bedroom is a full en suite bathroom with a separate walk in shower.
Back downstairs there is a rear terrace which follows the full length of property and has a selection of chairs and tables which are perfect for outside dining and relaxing.
A path leads from this terrace across to the poolside shower and purpose built covered BBQ. The beautiful gardens are covered with grass and shrubbery along with small trees by the pool which can be lit up at night.
