Description
This is a charming villa full of Mediterranean warmth and light. It is located just outside the old town of Pollenca. The landscape style swimming pool has natural rocks and a waterfall, all surrounded by a lawn area and beautiful garden.This villa is in a private location although there are neighbours houses next door they are not overlooking so this gives you the satisfaction to relax in privacy. Although the villa is just a short distance away from town, the road has no pavement and a lot of bends so a car is necessary as it is not recommened to walk along this road.
There is a wonderful outdoor space with a large covered dining and seating area for your alfresco dinners which overlooks the pool and garden views.
The pool is an irregular shape and size. The maximum depth is 1.80m. There is a separate shallow end for small children.
Air conditioning is only installed in the ground and first floor bedrooms.
Ground Floor:
Entrance, open living and dining area with direct access to the outdoor area and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom and 1 shower room.
First Floor:
1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 twin bedrooms and a separate full bathroom
Basement floor:
Living room area, 2 small twin bedrooms, 1 shower room and direct access to the exterior.
Exterior:
Large covered terrace giving onto the attractive pool (8m x 5m - depths 1.1m - 1.8m), lawn area and trees at the rear of the house. Front area, covered parking for 2 cars. Table tennis table.
Please note there is no central heating. The basement of the villa is furnished more modestly and does not have air conditioning, therefore would be more suited to teenagers or children.
The main house can be rented as a 4 bedroom villa for 8 guests. For larger groups of up to 12 people, the basement can be rented in addition. The basement is not available during the low season.
Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.

*Please note between 28.10 and 31.03 the villa only rents as a 4 bedroom property. All other dates it can be rented as 6 bedrooms.
