This villa is set in the exclusive Colonya Valley opposite Pollenca Golf Course yet is within walking distance of the Old Town and just a 10-minute drive to Puerto Pollenca and Cala San Vicente beaches.

The property boasts traditional Mallorcan stone walls both outside and inside. The garden consists of mature shrubs, bougainvillea, lawns, private pool and large open terraces with stunning mountain views.

This villa offers plenty of space for 2 families or a large group as it benefits from separate level accommodation.

The main house has a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. 1 double bedroom (150cm x 190cm) with en-suite beathroom. There is also a twin bedroom (90cm x 190cm) and a bedroom with pull out double bed (180cm x 160cm) and shared full bathroom.

There is a separate apartment on the lower pool level of the vila with further living/dining room, kitchen, one double bedroom (135cm x 185cm) with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom (90cm x 190cm) and a shower room.

The living areas and accommodation are spacious and open with a mixture of modern and traditional styles. The bedroom in the annexe has sliding doors so a bit less privacy.

This is the ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday. The villa has wonderful outdoor dining/lounging areas on both levels of the property. Large private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth: 1m - 2m) with roman steps. There is also a Weber gas BBQ.

Please note there are two cats that live on the property ground but do not enter the house.

Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.

Sleeps 9 adults - 10 if two small children use the pull out beds.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
