Description
A perfect mix of traditional and modern, this house is set in a peaceful spot between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa.The beautiful garden is well maintained and includes lemon, olive and palm trees as well as an interesting shaped private pool 12 x 6 meters with mosaic tiled steps leading into the water.
A couple of steps lead you to the entrance which opens into a large open plan lounge/diner decorated with traditional furniture.
A fully equipped, smart, modern kitchen can also be found with a dishwasher and breakfast table. Many of the rooms include beautiful beamed ceilings and large windows.
There are 3 ample sized bedrooms which all include air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 twin bedded rooms. There is also a shared shower room.
Outside there is a fantastic barbecue and kitchen area with seating for alfresco dining.
The villa and garden boast beautiful views of the open countryside.
