Description
This delightful farmhouse style villa located between Pollensa and Puerto PollensaThe villa has been refurbished in the last few years, paying particular attention to detail and modern design but the property still retains its character.
Located adjacent to the entrance hall is a spacious lounge featuring lofty cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, sky lights and open stone walls. French doors lead out to a side terrace. The windows also look over the pool and BBQ area. There is also a guest WC located off the hallway.
To the right of the entrance hall is a delightful dining room which leads into a purpose built kitchen. Also off the dining room is a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room.
A wide staircase leads up to the first floor landing where there is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom and a full bathroom with a separate shower.
Outside there is a covered, built-in BBQ with a large table and chairs sufficient for ten people. An outdoor fridge and sink are also available for guests to use and there are curtains that can be used to enclose the area should you wish. To the side of the BBQ area there is a WC and a utility room.
The pool area benefits from a teak deck at one end, lawned on two sides and a stoned patio runs along the other. The pool (9.0m x 4.5m) can be heated at an extra charge and has Roman steps.
The covered terrace close to the BBQ area is furnished with a wicker sofa and chairs, a fantastic place to sit and relax. There is also stone seating with covered cushions along the low walls of the terrace.
