Description
Beautiful villa in Pollensa secluded in a private location. The villa is accessed along a winding driveway where you have ample parking for a number of cars. Enjoy the wonderful views towards the Tramunta mountains.Outside you have a private pool located on the terrace of the main house, there are two outdoor showers as well as a sauna. Enjoy the shade under the large parasol and dine alfresco using the barbecue and dining table. There is also table tennis and ping pong table.
On entrance to the house you have a spacious living area and modern kitchen. You have unspoilt views of the mountains from inside the house. Modern paintings, high ceilings and the house`s interior gives it a Mediterranean feel. The living area takes you to the dining room where you have a large table ideal for family meals in addition to a study area with views over the garden.
The kitchen has a small breakfast table and access to the garden and barbecue terrace. It is well-equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, 2 fridges, coffee machine and plenty of cutlery and storage.
There are 4 bedrooms.
The main double bedroom has access to the pool terrace, the second bedroom has a fireplace and comfortable seating for when it is not being used as a bedroom, there is a large family bathroom with sunken bath, walk-in shower and double sink.
The guest house can be accessed by the steps leading down from the main terrace. This guest house has a kitchen/living area with cooking facilities, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a dining table and comfortable sofa. The guest house has its own terrace with seating offering stunning views. The guest house has two bedrooms, one is a double with en-suite shower room and an inter-connecting door (which is lockable) takes you to a twin bedroom with lounge area and en-suite shower room. It is possible to separate these two rooms and the twin bedroom has its own separate access to the terrace.
The villa has air conditioning, central heating, TV, DVD, HIFi, WiFi and a fireplace.
This is an ideal villa for relaxing and enjoying plenty of space with a large or smaller group.
