Description
This traditional Mallorcan house is located in Pollensa countryside between Pollensa old town and the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa. The house is ideal for families wanting privacy and space whilst being close to amenities.
Built over two floors and set amongst mature gardens, this villa maintains many traditional features such as stone walls and beamed ceilings.
On the ground floor the front door leads into the open plan living/dining room with dining table for 6 and comfortable seating. Off the dining room is the well equipped spacious kitchen.
Also on the ground floor is the first double bedroom and family bathroom.
Stairs lead up from the living room to the first floor where the final two bedrooms are. One double and one twin L shaped beds bedroom share a family shower room.
You can enjoy beautiful mountain views from the upstairs bedrooms.
The house is set on private mature gardens and is surrounded by spacious covered terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining table and has a built in Mallorcan bread oven and BBQ, making a great place to enjoy an evening meal.
The covered terrace leads onto the pool and lawn area. There is also an exterior shower room.

STEP 1
Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.
STEP 2
You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a booking request by clicking 'booking request' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking 'add to wishlist' to as many properties as you like.
STEP 3
Click the wishlist button at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.
STEP 4
We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.
We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00
Once you are happy with your selection and dates we will confirm your booking and take a 30% deposit via credit or debit card in £ Pounds sterling or Euros or via a bank transfer if you prefer.
