Description
This town villa is located in the much sought after area of Calvario, within walking distance of Pollensa old town and just a few minutes?Äô drive from the beautiful beaches in Puerto Pollensa.Built over different levels and reformed with care and attention, maintaining many traditional features.
The entrance gate has steps leading down to a courtyard with seating area and garden. Here there is a laundry room and toilet.
The front door opens into the dining room with large French windows opening onto a terrace. An archway leads through to the lounge area where you can enjoy stunning views of the surrounding area and mountains.
There is a well equipped kitchen with access out to a vine covered terrace where steps lead down to the BBQ and pool area.
Also on this floor there is a double and twin bedroom, both sharing a spacious walk in wardrobe and bathroom.
Stone steps lead down to a twin bedroom and shower room with access out to the covered terrace. Also on this ground floor is a second lounge leading out to the covered terrace.
Outside the villa are spacious terraces, BBQ and dining area and a private pool overlooking the town and mountains.
