6 bedroom villa in Puerto Pollensa.Located in a prime position just a couple minutes’ walk to the beach.
On entering the property there is an open living/dining room with sofa, chairs, TV and round dining table seating 10 guests. Adjacent is the traditional yet well equipped kitchen with small breakfast table. Doors from each of these rooms lead to the terrace.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms. The first is the large master double, this is a slit level room and has an en-suite. The second room is also a double with en-suite. The next two bedrooms are both twin rooms and share a bathroom.
Located off the kitchen you have the final two rooms, the first of which is a small single with en-suite shower room, the second is a twin with en-suite.
Outside there are various terraces to enjoy. The first boasts a large dining table with chairs for 12 guests and a covered pergola with outdoor sofa set.
From here you can have access to a terrace with table tennis table and pool table.
There is a large private pool with 11 sun loungers and a large lawned garden.
Free air conditioning in bedrooms from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am
Please note the single room does not have air conditioning
