Description

Wonderful family villa in the peaceful countryside outside Pollensa. This villa is a bright and airy stone house with a great pool and lots of land, with lawns and Mediterranean gardens. The villa is suitable in parts for wheelchair access and has a gated driveway.

Inside the house, all the rooms are in traditional Mallorcan style. The lounge-dining room has a long dining table, two sofas, satellite television, a dvd and a cd. Double doors from here open up onto a very pretty covered terrace which runs around two sides of the house, overlooking the gardens and the pool.

The kitchen has a good range of appliances including a dishwasher, a microwave, a large fridge-freezer and plenty of workspace. Also on this ground level there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and a shower. On the first floor there's another double bedroom and three twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms are located here- one with a bath and a shower and a second shower-bathroom. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning and lots of storage space. These first-floor rooms all have lovely views out over the gardens to wooded valleys. Around the house there are established gardens with lawns shaded by palms, olives and fig trees. The villa also has a sunbathing terrace by the pool, a stone-built barbecue and a table-tennis table. This is a great villa for families and accessed via a quiet private lane. The beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants of Pollensa and Port Pollensa are only a short drive away.
