Description
Lovely modern 4-bedroom villa in the urbanization of Cielo De Bonaire, Alcudia.On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area, with comfortable sofas, TV with DVD player and a dining table and chairs. There are large glass doors which allow ample light into the villa, these doors lead out to the terrace and pool.
There is a separate kitchen adjacent to the living room. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, it also has a small breakfast table that seats 4. There are also glass doors which lead out to the pool.
On the ground floor there are 3 of the 4 bedrooms – 1 double with terrace access, a further double and a twin room. These bedrooms are all air conditioned and share a family bathroom.
On the first floor there is the final room, this room is a double and has its own en-suite shower room and private terrace boasting lovely sea views. This room also has air conditioning.
Outside there is a lovely private pool with sun loungers and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs.
