Description
A spectacular villa in the countryside between Pollensa and Alcudia.Finished to a high standard the property is surrounded by well-maintained gardens which extend well beyond the property to give the utmost privacy.
The villa is spacious with six bedrooms which is perfect for large families or groups travelling together. The villa has been a popular property for bringing all the generations to holiday together from grandparents to grandchildren.
The outdoor area offers a fantastic, large dining table and also a sofa area, ideal for relaxing in the warm summer evenings. There is a large lawn area with sun loungers or if the children want to play hide and seek there is a vast area of shrubs and trees to play around in.
Due to the bedroom layout, the villa can only accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children - 12 in total.

The children`s bedroom with en-suite shower room has bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 pull out bed.
All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, except the double bedroom upstairs which has a shower room across the landing.
The playroom has a sofa bed, which can be used for staff or nannies. The next door toilet has a shower.
The pool is 3.5m x 7m

Entrance hall, large living room with ample sofa area, fully fitted kitchen with dining area, children`s game / entertainment room, 1 en-suite children`s room with bunk beds (90cm x 200cm), a single bed (90cm x 200cm) and pull out bed (optional). Also on this floor is 1 king size double bedroom (180cm x 200cm) with en-suite shower room, 1 twin room with en-suite shower room and the utility room.
First Floor:
Master bedroom (180cm x 200cm) with full en-suite bathroom (separate bath and shower) and terrace looking over the pool area. There is also 1 double bedroom (180cm x 200cm) with shared terrace with the master bedroom, 1 shower room and a further double bedroom (180cm x 200cm)) with an en-suite shower room.
Exterior:
Large covered terrace with seating and dining area, lawn, pool (3.5m x 7m - depth: 0m - 1.8m), mature garden, portable gas BBQ.

The villa itself is finished on the outside in a charming Mallorcan style with traditional stone facade. Inside the villa has a modern and contemporary style and offers everything holiday makers could ask for, outdoor table tennis table, lovely swimming pool and great lawn and garden area.
Due to the bedroom layout, the villa can only accommodate up to 10 adults and 4 children (max 12 guests).
