This superb villa is situated 1.5km from the centre of Santa Eulalia and only 900m from the beach!The ground floor has a spacious living-dining area with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, dining table and sliding doors leading out to the garden and pool area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and has a breakfast table and direct access to an al-fresco dining area with barbecue facilities.
The ground floor hosts one of the bedrooms which has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower.
The stairs in the living room lead up to the first floor where the remaining bedrooms area.
Two bedrooms with twin beds, one double bedroom and the master bedroom which has a large double bed, a sofa, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and direct access to a large balcony.
There is also a large separate bathroom with bath and shower.
All first floor bedrooms have air conditioning.
The outside has a covered terrace with amble seating areas, plenty of sun loungers, parasols and a large 10x5m pool.
