Description
Typical Ibizan style villa ideal for groups of 12 adults and 2 children.This property consists of 2 houses; the main house sleeps 8 guests and the other sleeps 4 adults + 2 children.
The main house has a sitting area with TV as well as a dining table and chairs. From here there is a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms; 3 on the ground floor, 2 of which are double bedrooms with en-suites, the other is a twin bedroom. Up a set of stairs there is the final twin room – both twin rooms share a full bathroom, located on the ground floor.
The second house has an open plan dining/ kitchen area with dining table, chairs, small seating area with sofa and a well-equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in this house: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bedroom with trundle bed. There is a further shower room shared by the 2 twin rooms.
Almost all rooms have a portable fan, but due to the think walls it stays fresh inside all the time.
Outside there is a large pool with waterfall feature, outdoor shower, table tennis table and plenty of sun loungers and parasols. There is a lawned garden area – perfect for children as well as a covered terrace with large dining table and BBQ. There is also a large sports field – ideal for football or tennis.
