Description
Tastefully decorated 6-bedroom villa Just outside of Santa Eularia.On the first floor there is a lovely fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table that seats 12 people. From here there is a large living area with TV and doors which lead out to the terrace. The terrace is covered and has its own dining table and chairs as well as an outdoor sofa which overlooks the garden.
There are 4 bedrooms on this level, 3 of which are double rooms and 1 single. 1 of the double rooms has an en-suite bathroom and the other 3 rooms all have access to a separate bathroom
From the bedroom with en-suite or from the outside, you can access the second living area with its own TV. From you here there is a fifth bedroom, this room is made up as double (2 single beds) and has its own en-suite and access to a small terrace.
On the second floor there is the final bedroom which is a double room with en-suite and private terrace.
Outside there is a large lawned garden and multiple seating areas. There is a large pool (11m x 4m) which is surrounded by sun loungers, there is also a comfortable shaded seating area. On a separate terrace you will find a table tennis table.
The property is accessed through gates and provides ample parking.
There is WIFI and the villa is completely air conditioned.
Pool heating is available at an extra cost.
