The adjoining dining room has a rustic wooden dining table and chairs and also a door leading out to the terrace.
In the same room is an open plan, fully fitted kitchen equipped with all modern appliances.
The villa has a total of 4 very attractive bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with a separate shower room and access to a private balcony.
The first-floor hosts two bedrooms, one en-suite twin bedroom and a private balcony and the master bedroom which has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
The last bedroom is located on the lower level, has twin beds and access to a separate shower room.
All bedrooms except for the lower floor one has air conditioning.
The outside area features absolutely gorgeous panoramic views of the Cala Vadella beach and sea.
The covered terrace just outside the living room has a comfy seating area, dining table and brick barbeque ideal for al-fresco meals and telexing.
The large pool has roman steps and sun loungers with parasols around it. There is also and outdoor shower on the stone terrace.
This villa is perfect for families or anyone who would like to be a short walk away from the beach and not rely on a car.
