Description
This beautiful villa is situated in a tranquil area near the beaches Cala Bassa and Cala Conta.The ground floor has a bright and spacious living area with three comfortable sofas, Sonos sound system, and large sliding doors leading out to the terrace overlooking Cala Conta and Illa des Bosc.
The dining area just by the kitchen has a wooden table seating 6 people and a large window overlooking the sea.
The fully equipped kitchen has a centre island with a sink and a breakfast area.
On the same floor you will find one guest WC and one en-suite double bedroom.
The first floor has an office area with a desk, sofa and doors leading out to a terrace.
On this floor you will also find the rest of the bedrooms.
Two en-suite double bedrooms, one of which has access to a terrace, one double bedroom with separate bathroom in the hall way and the master bedroom which has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with table and chairs.
This bedroom also has a TV.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.
The outside area has a covered terrace with a dining table seating 10 people. There is also a portable barbeque, a sink and refrigerator perfect for al-fresco meals.
The large pool is surrounded by ample seating areas and sun loungers.
