On entering the villa the hall leads to a large covered terrace which gives access to the kitchen and living area. The modern, fully equipped kitchen features a large central island/breakfast bar and opens out to a terrace with dining area. from this room you have a spacious living/dining room with huge seating area, TV and doors out to the garden. There is also a fully stocked bar!
There are 6, good sized, en-suite bedrooms, all of which are double rooms (4 of these can be made up as twins on request). An external, covered walkway connects all the areas of the villa.
Outside there are lawned gardens boasting beautiful sea views. The private pool measures 12m x 5m and has sun loungers, day beds and parasols. To the side of the villa there is a further terrace with dining and lounging areas. Not to forget the large covered terrace with seating!
