4 bedroom villa to rent in San Jose.The villa offers a spacious living area with ample seating, TV and a breakfast table and large doors out to the pool. The well equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living areas and there is a formal dining room with table and chairs to seat 6-8.
There are 4 bedrooms in total, 3 of which are on the ground floor. The first is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower. The other 2 are double bedrooms, each with their own on en-suite. One of the double rooms has an independent access from the terrace.
The final bedroom is on the first floor, this is the master bedroom with double bed, living area with TV and fireplace, en-suite and doors out to a spacious private terrace overlooking the pool.
Outside the villa offers a good sized, saltwater infinity pool measuring 10m x 6m. There are multiple seating areas including a sofa area with parasol and a covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There are also sun loungers provided around the pool.
