Description
Modern 4-bedroom villa in Tamariu with stunning sea views.This lovely villa consists on an open plan living/dining area with comfortable seating, TV, open fireplace and dining table and chairs. This room has large glass doors which open out to the private terrace.
The dining room leads through to the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances including a dishwasher. There is a separate laundry area which has a washing machine and dryer.
There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, the first is a good-sized double with en-suite bathroom. The other 2 are both twin rooms which share a further bathroom.
There is also an independent studio with a single bedroom, study and bathroom.
Outside there is a covered terrace with outside kitchen, BBQ and dining area. There is private infinity pool with sun loungers and large decked area where you can take in the beautiful sea views. Also, there is a lovely chill out area with outdoor furniture.
There is parking for 3 cars.
