4-bedroom house in Sa Tuna with beautiful sea views.On entering the villa through the entrance hall there is a spacious living room with large sofa, TV, fireplace and doors out to the enclosed terrace which has a further seating area and multiple windows and doors – perfect for taking in the view. The dining area is accessed through the living room, here there is a dining table and chairs, also with doors out to the terrace. There is a well-equipped kitchen with central island and access to an outdoor terrace, you also have a separate laundry room and guest w/c on this level. 1 of the 4 bedrooms is located on the ground floor, it is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The first floor comprises of the final 3 bedrooms. there are 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace. The last room is the large master double, with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and access out to the terrace.
The large first floor terrace which is accessed via the bedrooms boasts amazing sea and country views. There is a courtyard with dining table and chairs which is accessed down a set of steps from the ground floor. Down a further set of steps there is a large private pool – this area also boasts fantastic views.
There is space for 1/2 cars as well as a garage for another car.
