Large 5-bedroom villa in Sa Tuna.This traditional villa is set 1.5km from Sa Tuna beach and around 3km from Begur town centre.
There is a bright living/dining area with comfortable sofas, fireplace, office/study area and dining table with chairs which benefits from a double height ceiling and skylight window. From this area there are steps down to the large terrace. Also, from the dining room you can access the newly renovated kitchen.
There are 5 bedrooms (4 double rooms and 1 twin room), 2 of which are en-suite. There are a further 2 bathrooms and a w/c.
Outside there is a large garden with lawned area, private pool and sunbeds boasting beautiful sea views. There is a raised terrace with dining table and chairs, parasol and BBQ, as well as a table tennis table!
The large first floor terrace also has comfortable outdoor seating.
