This is a fantastic, contemporary property with wonderful sea views located just 1.5 km from the beach of Sa Tuna.The property consists of two levels - on the ground floor you will find a large, open plan living and dining room which is bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to the terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is modern and spacious along with a toilet, laundry room and separate TV room with sofa bed.
On the first floor there are four large double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with a bathroom and dressing room. Each bedroom has access to the terrace. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.
Outside you will find plenty of dining space and sunbathing areas along with a large private pool and stunning views.
There is a garage for 2 cars and outdoor parking.
