Description
Detached villa with private pool and sea views located in a peaceful location 2 km from Sa Tuna beach and 1.5 km from medieval Begur; a wonderful town with an outstanding choice of amenities and weekly market. Beautiful views of sea and mountains.The villa is on one level and has a separate studio situated by the pool and BBQ area. Inside the studio is a double bed, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and bathroom with large shower. The studio has air conditioning and views of the garden and pool.
The main house has an open-plan living/dining area with a dining table that seats 6. The living area is on a lower level and has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with DVD and a wood burning stove. The glass windows in this living/dining area brighten up the room.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, fridge/freezer and access out to a covered terrace where you'll find the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The living/dining area can be accessed from the terrace that has adequate seating for relaxing and in addition to the two terraces there are extensive grassed areas. The large BBQ area situated by the pool has a sink.
The main house has 3 bedrooms; one double room (bed 1.8m) and two twin rooms (one twin with two single beds of 0.9m and another twin bedroom with one 1.35m bed and on 0.9m bed which can sleep 3). These bedrooms share a shower room with double basin. (There is also dressing room)
