Description
Lovely seven-bedroom villa in Calella within walking distance to the beach and supermarkets. Private pool and outside barbecue. Around the pool is plenty of sun loungers, perfect for lazy days in the sunshine and an outside dining table for outdoor meals.On the ground floor is a beautiful American style kitchen, living/dining area with access to the porch and private garden, a utility room with washer and clothes dryer. There are two bedrooms on this floor bedroom one has a double bed and access to the garden, bedroom two has a double bed, they share a shower room.
Upstairs is bedroom 3 with a double bed, ensuite shower room and access to a terrace, bedrooms four and five have double beds and ensuite shower rooms. Bedroom 6 has a double bed and bedroom 7 has twin beds. There is also a shower room.
