Lovely detached villa with sea views and private poo,l just 800m from the beach at Golfet and 1.6km to the town and beaches of Calella de Palafrugell.This is a truly charming coastal resort with waterfront cafes, restaurants, shops and several sandy coves. The coastal path is an enchanting here is an enchanting 15 minute walk to Llafranc.
There are three bedrooms, two twins on the ground floor with shared use of a shower room, and one large double on the first floor with sofa bed and TV area along with access to a large terrace. A second shower room is located on the first floor.
Living dining room with tv, DVD and kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.
The garden has ls awn and suspended decked terraces with a large seating area and plenty of garden furniture.
The built in BBQ area has a covered outdoor kitchen with sink and microwave as well as a sauna house and extra shower room.
