Description

Detached 3 bedroom villa, located in a quite area of Vilamoura, only a short drive away from the marina, golf courses, restaurants and shops.

This property is set on one level, on the left side of the villa are the bedrooms and on the right there is the living/dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine, there is also a cloakroom.

There is an open plan dining/living area with dining table ideal for six persons. The sitting area has a fireplace, two large sofas and a flat screen TV with UK Freeview channels and a DVD player. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available upon request.

There are 3 en-suite bedrooms two of which are twin bedrooms with shower facilities and one double bedroom (with two twin beds together) with a bathroom.
From the living room there are patio doors that lead to the pool terrace and garden.

Outside there is a lawned garden area and pool which measures approximately 9m x 5m. The pool terrace has a table ideal for al fresco meals and there is also a charcoal barbecue. The villa also has a roof terrace accessed via steps.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
