Description

This villa is located in Vale Judea near Vilamoura and offers access to the local resort facilities, and is just a short drive from the golden beaches, golf courses, and sophisticated nightlife. As well as this, the villa is located within easy reach of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, offering more beaches and restaurants to explore.

The large 8 bedroom villa is modern and well-furnished throughout, and is set on a large plot of land, offering extensive mature gardens and a large private pool.

The property is home to two separate living areas. The first lounge is open plan living/dining room, with large dining table, plasma TV and serving hatch into the kitchen. This room also offers access through patio doors to the garden and pool area. The second lounge has a feature fireplace and additional TV.

Also on the ground floor is a guest WC, the spacious well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and serving hatch into the dining room and the first three bedrooms.
Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and two have views to the pool from their windows. All beds are zipped so can be either king sized doubles or two twins.

Up on the first floor are three spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to a terrace with beautiful views. The large master bedroom has Jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower.

In addition to the main house there is an adjoining annex. There are two bedrooms with independant entrances; One with twin beds that can be made up as a king bed and one with double bed both with en-suite.

The property is on a large plot with extensive gardens and a small orchard with fruit trees. Out in the garden is the large pool with furnished terrace and BBQ area, perfect for dining al fresco.

Property rental comes with maid service 3 times a week, excluding public holidays and weekends. Linen changed once a week and towels twice.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
