A modern two-bedroom villa with stunning sea views. Located in the coastal resort of Olhos d'Agua, the villa is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and golf courses. Restaurants, bars, shopping centres, supermarkets and other amenities are also just a short drive if not walking distance away.

The main floor offers an open plan air-conditioned living/dining area, fully equipped-kitchen with adjacent utility room, as well as a guest WC. One twin bedroom en-suite with shower and one double bed en-suite are also located on this floor with patio doors leading to the terrace. Both bedrooms are air conditioned with double wardrobes. The living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, flat screen TV and PlayStation, with adjacent dining area to seat eight people. Wi-fi and English speaking TV channels are available for entertainment purpose.

Outside features a private heatable swimming pool, with 6 sun loungers and an exterior dining terrace with charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining. From this level of the property, steps lead up to spacious and private roof terrace with a comfortable lounge area and spectacular ocean views.

Off-road parking is available on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
