7 bedroom villa to rent in the Monchique countryside.

On entering the villa you have a split level living room with sofas, TV (with DVD player) and doors out to the terrace. The first dining area has a round table seating 7 guests. The second, more formal dining area has a table and chairs to seat 10, this area leads to the kitchen. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility room.

There are a total of 7 bedrooms throughout the villa. The main house comprises of a first floor master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, dressing area and private terrace. There are 2 bedrooms on the lower level, one with en-suite shower room and a further separate shower room.

There are 2 courtyard suites, each containing 2 en-suite bedrooms. The first courtyard suite has air conditioning and heating and a double and twin bedroom both en-suite. The second courtyard suite has one double and one twin bedroom, both en-suite.

There is an external covered games room with pool table and seating area. There is also a table tennis table outside.
Outside there are 2 private pools, the main pool measuring 12m x 6m) and a further pool measuring 7m x 3.5m. There are a selection of covered terraces offering ample seating.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
