Lovely 6-bedroom villa in Vila Sol. Located within a 10-minute walk to restaurants and bars and a 15-minute walk to Vila Sol golf club and hotel.As you enter the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious living room with ‘L’ shaped sofa and TV, there are also large glass doors which lead out to the terrace.
There is a large open plan kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and even has a wine fridge, the dining area has a dining table which seats 6. There is a separate utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
The ground floor also has 3 of the 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and doors which lead out to the terrace, and 1 twin bedroom.
The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms, both of which are double rooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a large terrace with views over the gold course and lake.
The lower floor has the final twin bedroom with separate bathroom. On this floor there is also a snug/living room and a room with table tennis that has separate access to the garden and pool.
Outside there is a large heatable pool (10m x 5m) with a separate childrens pool. There is a covered terrace with dining facilities, built in BBQ and comfortable seating area. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers, perfect for soaking up the sun.
