Modern 4-bedroom villa in Varandas do Lago.On entering this lovely villa there is a large hallway which leads through to the bright living room, with large comfortable sofas, TV and fireplace and doors out the garden. The dining room is adjacent to the living room, it has a large table and chairs to seat 8, as well as doors to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is spacious and airy, it also has external doors.
There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor, it is a double room with doors out the garden and en-suite shower room.
The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Of the 3 bedrooms there is the master bedroom, with built in wardrobes, terrace access and fully refurbished en-suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms are also double rooms with their own en-suite shower rooms.
Outside there is a good-sized garden with lawned area which has ample sun loungers and outdoor seating. There is a large private pool with outdoor shower, as well as a covered with dining table and chairs and a further area with another dining table, chairs and traditional charcoal BBQ.
