A new spacious property furnished to a high standard located in the development of Varandas do Lago, conveniently situated close to all amenities including famous golf courses, bars, restaurants, shops and the beach.

Ground floor: Entrance hall with guest cloakroom. Spacious living-dining room with T.V. area, dining table to seat 8 persons and comfortable living area with open fireplace and patio doors that lead out to the partly covered terrace with furniture and pool with pool shower and built-in BBQ. There are 8 sunbeds and a large table with 8 chairs. Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with central island and access to outside area. Separate laundry room with washing machine.

Also on this floor are two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and patio doors to terrace.
First floor: Twin bedroom made up as a double with terrace and en-suite bathroom and the master twin bedroom made up as a double with T.V., terrace and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower.

Air-conditioning throughout (extra charge in low season), fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms, fully enclosed garden and pool area.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
