4 bedroom detached villa in Varandas do Lago.On entering the villa via the entrance hall there is a guest w/c and doors to the spacious living/dining room. Here you have comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and dining table seating 6. Multiple doors lead out to the pool terrace.
Adjacent to the dining area there is a well equipped kitchen with multifunctional breakfast area/bar and further doors to the pool terrace.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. The first is a twin with en-suite and doors to a patio. The second room is a double with tv, en-suite and doors to the garden.
The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one of which is master bedroom with king-sized bed, walk through wardrobe, en-suite and access to a private terrace with seating. The final room is a twin bedroom with en-suite and private balcony.
Outside there is a good sized private pool with roman steps and a poolside shower. There are sun loungers and a parasol available as well as a dining table and covered outdoor seating area.
