Newly built 4-bedroom villa in Vale do Lobo.

On entering the villa through the entrance hall there is a large open plan living area, comprising of modern kitchen with large island/breakfast bar and walk in pantry. From here you have the living area with comfortable ‘L’ shaped sofa and TV. There is a further formal dining area with table and chairs to seat 8. Also located on this level is the large master suite with dressing area.

The sleeping and entertainment areas are located downstairs. One of the bedrooms is a double room with en-suite bathroom. There are a further 2 bedrooms, one double, one twin and both have separate shower rooms. There is also a home office which can double as a fifth bedroom (sofa bed). The villa boasts a games room with pool table and TV, there is also a home cinema! Further facilities on this level include a utility room and service kitchen.

There is a lift which covers all floors of the villa and can take you up to the roof terrace where there is a jacuzzi, BBQ and large covered seating area, the roof terrace boasts gold views.

The garden has a good sized private pool with sun deck and sun loungers. There is also a covered dining area and manicured gardens.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
