The villa is located just a short stroll from the Praca and has acess to the beach.The entrance level is comprised of the entrance hall with cloakroom and access to the open plan living-dining room with modern kitchen, utility room and a further sitting area. Access to a large south-west facing terrace with stunning views to the beach and ocean; with plenty of space for sunbathing, dining or lounging in the sun or shade.
Also on this level, is the spacioius master suite with walk-through wardrobe and access to the terrace.
The lower level comprises four beautiful bedroom suites, three of which open directly out to the pool terrace.
Please note: All beds are waterbeds
The pool area is on the lower level but still boasts golf & sea views. The swimming pool is long and features a smaller shallow end separated from the deeper pool by stepping stones.
The roof terrace simply has amazing sunset views over the golf & sea.
