The lovely property is a three-bedroomed villa located in the popular resort of Vale Do Lobo, situated in a great location where you can enjoy the benefits of breath-taking views whilst being within a walkable distance to the traditional restaurants, shops and bars. This villa also overlooks the prestigious well known Royal golf course for you to enjoy a day out.The properties interior marks its character by having a traditional interior to make it like a home from home, the layout of this property is separated between two floors;
On the ground floor you will find a fully functional kitchen which is decorated in marble and natural wood and is fully equipped with oven, hob, combined fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
Leading through to a living room and dining area which has a rectangular table for six persons and shares its space with the living area which has two sofas and a TV with free view UK channels, a DVD player and a CD player
As you walk in to this property there is a convenient cloakroom and two of the bedrooms.
However, on the first floor you will find the magnificent very private master bedroom this bedroom benefits from a large terrace where again, the views to the golf course and ocean are stunning.
This property give you three lovely twin bedrooms which all have en-suite facilities, one of the twin rooms on the ground floor has a shower room en-suite, where the other twin bedroom on the ground floor has a bathroom en-suite. However, on the first floor the master bedroom has two sinks, a bath to relax in and a walk-in shower.
This property has Wi-Fi access and central air conditioning system is available upon request.
To get onto the open terrace and pool area, the living room has patio doors which takes you to the beautiful pool and BBQ area for you to enjoy the al Fresco meals of your choice!
