Description
Located in the luxury resort of Vale do Lobo and only a short few minutes walk to the beach, is this spacious and beautifully presented four bedroom detached villa.The villa has automatic gates opening onto the drive which leads you to the front door and garage.
The spectacular main hall is a double height ample sized room which leads access to all areas of the house including the comfortably furnished living area with a feature fireplace which opens out to the patios and pool deck.
The ground floor also consists of a formal dining room, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with storage/utility room. Two of the four bedrooms are situated on the ground floor both twins and boasting en-suite shower rooms with one also offering access to the garden. There is a further separate bathroom on this level.
Upstairs you will find a further two bedrooms, both bedrooms are very generous in size. The master suite also has a terrace balcony presenting views of the pool area and garden, a walk in wardrobe and a full bathroom with double sinks. Please note the terrace is not accessed directly from the master, it is accessed via the hallway.
The large private pool is surrounded by a covered patio, plenty of outdoor dining space including a side patio with a BBQ perfect for relaxing Al fresco dining.
