Description

3 bedroom villa in Fazenda Santiago, just outside of Vale do Lobo.

On the ground floor is a spacious living/dining room with cable TV, WIFI and doors out to terraces and pool area. The large kitchen has been fully fitted with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making the villa easily accessible for the elderly. Both bedrooms are twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and en suite bathrooms. There is an additional guest cloakroom.

The master bedroom on the first floor boasts its own dressing area, en suite bathroom and access to a private terrace to enjoy and take in the beautiful surroundings.

Outside is a landscaped lawned garden along with several sun terraces, BBQ and a large pool area. Ideal for those summer evenings and al fresco dining.

Towels and linen included. Towels are changed twice a week, linen once a week. Maid service is twice a week.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
