Description
As you approach this spectacular villa, a cascade of vivid and blooming bougainvillea is there to greet you as you approach the front door. A glorious colourful welcome for you to enter and make yourself feel at home inside the villa.This villa has everything you need inside and out to enjoy a happy, peaceful fulfilling holiday to recharge your batteries, with the feeling of complete tranquil privacy with the peaceful floral gardens to relax in.
You can spend your days by the pool, dine al fresco in sun or shade or relax in the cool interior, where TV, music and pool are on hand to entertain you.
If you feel like spending the day on the cream sandy beach then you are just an easy five-minute walk to the nearest well known Marias beach, for its much-loved restaurants and bars that have the spectacular ocean views.
Bringing you inside this villa you have a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen for those days to enjoy the luxury of home cooked food.
Leading in to the dining area, which is open plan to the living area which has a flat screen TV, cable and international channels and a Sonos music sound system.
On the lower ground floor, there is a play room with a snooker table and TV, please note that there is no air conditioning on the lower level.
You then have the bedrooms, which consist of the master bedroom is on the first floor with a terrace, en-suite with bath and shower room. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the same floor with terrace.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom and twin bedroom (can be made up as a double) both with en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms open out to terrace and pool area.
The fifth bedroom is a double with a shower room, located on the lower ground floor.
There is a large emerald green pool (4mx8m) which can be heated upon request, seat swing, outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ.
Linen change after 7 days of occupation. Change of towels twice per week.
