Description

This beautiful four-bedroom villa is situated in Salinas and is just a short walk to lake boardwalks at Quinta do Lago. The villa is centrally positioned close to the ocean and walking distance to Ancao beach, there is also an excellent choice of restaurants and lots of places for shopping.

Large palm trees welcome you when arriving at the villa and there is a large parking area big enough for three cars. Outside the villa you have a large south facing private swimming pool (10m x 4m) with the option to be heated, surrounded by sun loungers which makes it perfect for lazy days in the sun. The outside dining space consists of a dining table for outdoor meals, BBQ and a sink.

Inside the villa there is a large open plan dining area with sofas, a flat screen tv and a fireplace. The patio door opens onto the terrace and pool area. The dining room has seating for six people with another door leading outside. Just off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other is a twin) both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and wardrobes.

Upstairs are the other two bedrooms (both have double beds) and ensuite bathrooms with both a bath and shower, one of the rooms has a terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. all of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
