A beautiful 4 bedroom villa with swimming pool situated in the Varandas do Lago development between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.On the ground floor is an open plan living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen with laundry area. Also on the ground floor you can find 2 twin bedrooms that share one bathroom.
The living room has 2 sets of sliding doors that lead on to a lovely terrace with BBQ.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a dressing room.
Also on the first floor there is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room.
Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the terrace.
There is also a sun terrace that can be used. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms. The swimming pool has a gate for the safety of children. The swimming pool can also be heated.
