A stunning 5 bedroom villa located in the upmarket Vale do Lobo. Situated on a plot overlooking Julias beach, it has commanding views of the ocean, which are absolutely breath taking, and which can be enjoyed as you relax in the villa's pool. From the villa there are steps leading down to a path which connects to Julias beach.

Living room with wall mounted TV, distinctive fogo montanha fireplace and full length patio windows leading to the poolside terrace with amazing views to the ocean. The dining area is adjacent to the stunning contemporary kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances including electric hobs; extractor; oven; dishwasher; integrated coffee maker. The utility room on the lower level of the villa houses the washing machine, iron & ironing board etc. Also on the lower level is the excellent games room/ bar- with wall mounted flat screen TV and pool table.

Bedroom one is on the entrance level of the villa and is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of the villa, and both are double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Bedrooms four and five are on the lower level of the villa, the same level as the games room. Bedroom four is a double en suite bedroom and bedroom five a twin bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Infinity design swimming pool which can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. BBQ area with outside seating, chairs and loungers. Small putting greens on the side terraces. On the roof terrace is a jacuzzi with spectacular views.

Rates includes WIFI and air conditioning.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
