Adjacent is the modern and fully equipped kitchen with central island/breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests, this room also has doors to the pool terrace.
The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms, 2 of which open to the courtyard and 1 which opens to the pool. All 3 rooms offer double beds and en-suites.
The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms, both of which can be considered master rooms. Each feature a double bed, TV, en-suite and private terrace.
The final bedroom is located on the lower level, it has a double bed, en-suite and natural light.
Also on the lower level there is a spacious entertainment room with TV, seating and pool table.
Finally there is a sauna and steam room!
Located off the living room and kitchen there is a covered area with table tennis, outdoor dining table, gas and charcoal BBQ and multiple seating areas including a large outdoor sofa and day bed.
From here there is a good sized private pool, sun loungers and parasols.
