Modern 4-bedroom villa in Vale do Lobo.On entering the villa there is an entrance hall which leads to the 4 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are twin rooms which can be made up as either twin or doubles. The final bedroom is the master bedroom with king-size bed. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and external doors out to the garden.
On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining with ‘U’ shaped sofa, TV, fireplace and sound system, this area which leads to the fully equipped kitchen with large central island. All of these areas open out to the first-floor terrace and pool. The terrace features several lounging areas including a large outdoor sofa, a dining table with chairs and gas BBQ. There is a private, heatable infinity pool with sun loungers. This terrace has stairs which lead down to the lawned garden.
The basement level gives access to the garage and has a separate laundry room.
The villa is equipped with electric shutters, air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bedrooms and bathrooms and Wi-Fi.
