The large entrance hall has a cloakroom and leads to a spacious, comfortable lounge with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and wireless internet connection (limited to general web browsing and checking of personal emails only). There is a separate dining room and a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Sleeping accommodation is on two levels and consists of: A master bedroom with Super king size double bed, balcony with fabulous sea views and an en suite bathroom; 3 twin bedrooms, one with en suite facilities and two sharing a shower room. The fifth bedroom is a twin with en suite facilities which has direct access to the upper level private balcony and external access only
The master bedroom and fifth bedroom are on the upper level, and the three twin bedrooms are on the ground floor.
All bedrooms are fitted with wall mounted LCD screens and satellite TV.
Outside Space:
Outside there is a large heated swimming pool measuring 12m x 5m, with the shallow end 1.30 metres in depth and the deep end 1.60 metres in depth - pool heating is available for a daily supplemental charge (minimum booking 7 days).
A covered terrace with table and chairs and a built-in barbecue is perfect for outdoor dining. The pool patio and garden area laid to lawn provide plenty of room for sunbathing. The garden is flanked by shrubs and bushes and there are steps leading down to the beach.
Location:
The property is just a 3 minute walk from the Praca and you can access the beach directly from the garden.

The property is equipped with air conditioning which is available if required for a supplemental weekly charge.
Rates include a maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
