Fazenda Santiago is a small private development consisting of 26 luxury villas set within over 10 acres of gardens. The small development also features two all-weather tennis courts, a fully equipped gym with sauna and night-time security patrols.This villa consists of entrance hall, leading on into a spacious living room furnished in classic style with comfortable seating for 6 and with patio doors that open out to the covered terrace that overlooks the garden and swimming pool. The living room is equipped with Satellite T.V., DVD player and CD player with two ceiling fans. Separate dining room with oval table that seats 8 and views over the garden. Beautiful separate kitchen with black granite worktop and central island. Adjacent utility room.
On the ground floor are two bedrooms; one with twin beds, en-suite shower room, air conditioning and ceiling fan. The other bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan and access to the pool terrace.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is the master bedroom with king-size bed, dressing room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with separate shower and access to a small private south facing terrace.
Outside is the large private salt water swimming pool (approx. 11x5m) that can be heated at an extra charge. The swimming pool is surrounded beautifully maintained gardens including a water feature stream and a shady pergola.
