On entering the villa via the hallway there is a bright and spacious living/dining room and kitchen. Comprising of a dining table with chairs to seat 10 and doors out to the outdoor kitchen with a further dining table. The living area has a large sofa, fireplace and TV as well as doors out to a covered terrace and the pool deck.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and features a breakfast bar.
Also on the ground floor there is a twin room with doors to the terrace.

The first floor hosts a further 3 bedrooms, the first is master suite with walk in wardrobe and private terrace. The final 2 rooms on this level are twin rooms with en-suites and private terraces. All terraces on this level boast beautiful sea views.

The lower level has the fifth and final bedroom, this is a twin room with ample natural light and en-suite shower room.
Also on this level there is a spacious entertainment room with TV area, pool table, table tennis table and separate home gym

Outside there is a private infinity pool with sun loungers and parasols.
The covered terrace offers the perfect place to escape the sun on the large sofa set.
Furthermore, there is a private multi-use court and the second BBQ area.

Finally, there is a spacious roof terrace which is partially shaded and boasts stunning views, seating area and a third BBQ area!

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
