Description
One of the best contemporary villas in the prestigious golf resort Vale do Lobo, within walking distance of superb beach side restaurants and miles of golden beaches to explore.With vaulted, double height ceilings the living/dining room is a fantastic light space to enjoy a nice meal and far-reaching sea views or relax on the comfy sofas in front of the large flat screen satellite TV. The kitchen is to the side of the huge open plan living space and is modern with every integrated appliance you should need.
Down a floating staircase you will discover a large games room with state of the art pool table, arcade style driving console and a cinema room with huge TV, surround sound and comfortable seating. Also on this lower level is an enclosed well equipped gym/studio with wall mounted TV and a sauna to relax in afterwards.
On the staggered first/second floors are the six double bedrooms, all of which have a balcony or terrace to enjoy either golf or sea views. Four of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is a further family bathroom and guest WC for the remaining rooms. You can venture out onto the roof terrace to take in more uninterrupted views whilst relaxing on the corner seating.
The outside areas continue the contemporary feel of the villa. The rectangular pools stretch around two sides of the property and have different compartments with deeper and shallower parts and roman steps. A beautiful covered terrace accessed through the kitchen makes an ideal spot for entertaining and al fresco dining. This area also boasts a small outdoor kitchen with sink and gas BBQ.
Additional features: Wifi, Satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, Safe, Iron, Hairdryer, Air conditioning/climate control, Maid Service 5 x per week, washing machine and tumble dryer.
